Hospitality Floor Manager

Flexsource currently recruiting for an experienced Hospitality Floor Manager for our client based in Swords

Responsibility:

• Effectively supervise all food and beverage service in the bar
• Prepare effective staff rosters to ensure ample cover
• Manage time & attendance system on a daily basis (full training will be provided)
• Communicate with employees
• Carry out skills training for all team members
• Identify training requirements for team members and develop appropriate actions to meet these
• Deal with complaints/queries in an attentive and courteous manner
• Be responsible for bar stocks and ensure agreed control procedures are maintained
• Promote in-house sales
• Ensure orders are taken promptly and clearly
• Ensure consistently high quality customer service provided

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Be focused on standards and attention to detail.
• Be organised, efficient and systematic in work procedures.
• Be self-motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good ability to lead and motivate.
• Be flexible with regards to working hours, working weekends and late shifts will be required.

Shift: 5/6 over 7days

Salary: €35k DOE
