Assistant Restaurant Supervisor

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager the successful candidate will be given lots of scope to engage with the managment process and must show a desire to constantly improve procedures and processes. The ideal candidate for this position will be enthusiastic with a genuine interest in hospitality and service. The candidate must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills both with colleagues and hotel guests.

Key Duties 

  • Assist in the everyday management of our Restaurant including staffing, stock control and training
  • Training and developing of skills for all new Restaurant Staff
  • Carrying out all Health & Safety, HACCP and any other requirements that need to be adhered to
  • The promotion of exceptional customer care standards
  • To carry out departmental standards in accordance with the SOP manual
  • To maintain good liaisons and communications with the management team and all other departments

At least 1 years’ experience at Supervisor level within a hotel or restaurant environment
– A friendly outgoing demeanor with excellent communication skills
– Be standards-driven demonstrating the ability to lead
