Flexsource are currently recruiting a Baker for our Client based in Citywest
Responsability:
- Preparing dough for various breads, using weigh scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
- Controlling dough fermentation, Shape products & part-bake as require.
- Manage all sourdough culture & refresh for production.
- Maintain production schedule without supervision.
- Complete production records to include the tracking of waste, temperature and quality.
- Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
- Handle all food items correctly in keeping with HACCP training.
The ideal candidate will:
- Four years of strong experience as a baker in fast paced environment.
- Passionate about your work and food that you produce.

- Strong work ethic
Hours: 5 working days over 7
Salary: €32.000-€35.000 per year, D.O.E.
