Flexsource seek to recruit a Chef for a care facility in Limerick City.

Rate: €16.00 per hour

Hours: Friday & Saturday, 08:00 AM to 14:00 PM (flexibility to support extra hours during the Summer period)

Candidate Requirements:

Relevant experience working in kitchens
Relevant education (e.g. Certificate)
Fluent English
Strong ability to work on own initiative whilst being an effective team member
Understanding of HACCP
Desire to work with fresh produce

Key Responsibilities:

Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients
Assisting the Head Chef when required in the daily running of the kitchen
Managing your section and completing delegated tasks in an efficient and timely manner
