Chef de Partie

Our client based in Donabate is looking for a Chef with at least 2 years experience in the kitchen.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working as a Chef
  • Fluent English
  • Specific roles will require the candidate to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Management
  • Strong ability to work on own initiative whilst being an effective team member
  • Understanding of HACCP
  • Desire to work with fresh produce
  • Being fully flexible as weekend work is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
  • Prepare foods to the specifications of the client
  • Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients
  • Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
  • Order ingredients and spices as needed
  • Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer

Pay rate: €15-16ph

Full time work weekend included.
