The Role’s Main Responsibilities are:
Creating new dishes and menus.
Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Working well as part of a busy team.
- You will have an interest and ability to develop your career in the kitchen
Ideal candidate will have worked in a Hotel or restaurant enviroment.
Candidate must have 1 – 2 experience and available to start immediately.
The ideal candidate will have Manual Handling but this is not essential
Candidates must have HACCP training
