We are actively recruiting the following roles:

  • Sous Chef
  • Chef de Partie
  • Pastry Chef
  • Pastry Chef de Partie
  • Breakfast Chef

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in kitchens at the level which applying for
  • Fluent English
  • Specific roles will require the candidate to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Strong ability to work on own initiative whilst being an effective team member
  • Understanding of HACCP
  • Desire to work with fresh produce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients
  • Assisting the Head Chef when required in the daily running of the kitchen
  • Managing your section and completing delegated tasks in an efficient and timely manner
