Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant experience working in kitchens at the level which applying for
- Fluent English
- Specific roles will require the candidate to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Strong ability to work on own initiative whilst being an effective team member
- Understanding of HACCP
- Desire to work with fresh produce
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients
- Assisting the Head Chef when required in the daily running of the kitchen
- Managing your section and completing delegated tasks in an efficient and timely manner
