Our client based in Donabate is looking for a Cook with at least 2 years experience in the kitchen.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant experience working as a Cook or Commie Chef
- Fluent English
- Specific roles will require the candidate to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Management
- Strong ability to work on own initiative whilst being an effective team member
- Understanding of HACCP
- Desire to work with fresh produce
- Being fully flexible as weekend work is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
- Prepare foods to the specifications of the client
- Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredients
- Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- Order ingredients and spices as needed
- Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
Pay rate: €12ph
Roster: 3 days/week (Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
