Our Client is a Supermarket chain specialising in own-brand groceries and Irish produce. The Ideal Candidate for the role would be hard-working, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Salary is €32k (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time, Monday –Sunday 5 working days.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Deli Manager / Supervisor)
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff
- Experience in rostering staff also dealing with day off requests, holidays
- Experience in Stock Control, Gross profit also Margins
- Experience in Waste management
- Must be customer focused and have excellent customer service skills
- Have great communication skills also professional attitude and appearance
- Be fully flexible

Key Duties:
- Managing the Deli Department, while representing the store, its brand with commitment and passion for food
- Responsible for pricing, sales, margin, promotions – KPIs.
- Waste management
- Implementing new sales campaigns, constantly keeping up to date with the current market and competitors
- Assist with Recruiting staff also training new employees
- Deal with customers, complaints in the most affective and professional way
