Flexsource are currently seeking a qualified chef with a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience
The Role’s Main Responsibilities are:
- ensuring consistency in quality of dishes at all times
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
- Working well as part of a busy team.
- working in an organised, hygienic manner, ensuring HACCP regulations are adhered to at all times
- will have experience working in a healthcare enviroment
- must have minumum of 2-3 years chef experience
- must be available to start immediately
- must have a valid HACCP certificate
- must have a valid culinary course certificate
