Flexsource are currently seeking a qualified chef with a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience

 The Role’s Main Responsibilities are:

  • ensuring consistency in quality of dishes at all times 
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
  • Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
  • Working well as part of a busy team.
  • working in an organised, hygienic manner, ensuring HACCP regulations are adhered to at all times

Ideal candidate:

  • will have experience working in a healthcare enviroment
  • must have minumum of 2-3 years chef experience 
  • must be available to start immediately
  • must have a valid HACCP certificate
  • must have a valid culinary course certificate
