- Cleaning up the dining area after dinner time
- Washing dishes
- Sweeping and mopping of floors
- Helping the chef to prep food for the coming day
- Vegatable prepartion will also be included.
- General cleaning dutes around the kitchen area
- The ideal candidate will have 6 months – 1 year experience.
- A valid manual handling cert
- HACCAP (Food safety Level 5)
- Garda Vetting is desirable
- Own transport is essential
Experience of working in a Health Care environment is desirable but not essential. High standards of cleanliness and infection control are a priority.
