Candidate Requirements:

Relevent experience working in kitchens
Relevant education
Strong ability to work on own inititative whilst being an effective team member
Understanding of HACCP

Key Responsibilities:

Producing high quality from fresh ingredients
Assisting the head chef when required in the daily running of the kitchen
Managing your section and completing delegated tasks in an efficent and timely manner
