The roles includes:
- Baking bread, pastries and cakes from scratch.
- Working under pressure in a fast pace enviroment.
- Early mornings
- To ensure the highest standard of customer service is given at all times
- Must have a confectionary background
- Must have an excellent Knowledge of HACCP
- Must have at least one year experience in a similiar enviroment
- Team player and also be able to work on own initiative
- Must be available full – time
