Sous Chef required for Immediate start

The successful candidate must:

  • have at least 2+ years as a sous chef in a busy kitchen
  • must have experience creating Mexican and Middle Eastern dishes
  • work well under pressure
  • work well in a small team
  • must be flexible with their working days and available for a 40 hr week
  • you must be creative and food enthusiastic
  • must have a culinary certificate and a valid HACCP certificate
