Flexsoure are recruiting an experienced Chef for our client based in Co.Dublin.
The Role’s Main Responsibilities are:
Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
Creating new dishes and menus.
Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Working well as part of a busy team.
Ideal candidate will have worked in the hospitality industry ideally in a Hotel or restaurant enviroment.
Candidate must have 1 – 2 experience and available to start immediately.
The ideal candidate will have Manual Handling but this is not essential
Candidates must have HACCP training
