Our client, a well-established Contract Cleaning company based in the maynooth area, are looking for expereinced area manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Previous experience in a busy environment.
Have a valid Manual Handling Certificate is essential.
Must be Flexable however , operation is usually a Monday to Friday
Diligent in their work.
Key responsibilities to include:
Ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices.
To be proactive, ensuring quality is monitored and consistently delivered through observation, attention to detail and interaction with staff.
Keep accurate records of issues/holiday/sick/maternity leave etc. on our HR Sage System data base and liaise with clients and colleagues .
To organise the appropriate cleaning training/Risk Assessments is carried out and ensuring the all forms are completed, signed off and filed on the HR Sage data base.
Planning, controlling and organising the staffing needs of these sites. Comply with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations and other County policies.

Locations for this role will vary around the Dublin / Kildare / Meath area. Our Client are looking for reliable staff so this role is to start ASAP.
