Exciting time to join the Site Accommodation team at our Donabate office as an Area Hire Manager to maximise the hire opportunities for our Site Accommodation products. This role is office based supporting a national network of Hire Centres. You will drive the company business strategy on a regional basis, to maximise turnover, increase utilisation and translate the business strategy into winning orders.
You will generate orders by demonstrating a commitment to business development, the professional handling of opportunities and visiting customer sites, and generate fresh initiatives to heighten local awareness and maximise conversion of direct opportunities. This role is target driven and the key focus is on order winning activity.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with significant f2f sales experience, including both B2B and B2C. You should also have experience of carrying out multiple business development campaigns, and ideally experience gained in the Construction (or related) Accommodation Hire Sector. It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have CRM experience.
