Customer Service Administrator – Part time evenings – Remote Working
Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for Customer Service Administrators (Eveningshift) with remote working for our client a leading manufacturer in the Lisburn
These newly created remote working roles will support the Customer Services Team. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Manager, the post holders will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a comprehensive and professional customer service.
Liaise with Customers and provide a high level of Customer Service.
Ensure full accuracy and attention to detail in all interaction with internal/external customers.
Process orders received via fax, telephone or email, accurately and within specified timelines.
Adhere to the Company’s internal customer service standards: Quality Performance Process; telephone greeting and manner; professional written communications; agreed response times, etc.
Check stock levels as required and advise customers of alternatives if necessary.
Display a flexible and co-operative approach at all times.
Ensure extensive product knowledge is maintained.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
GCSE Grade C passes in both English and Maths (or equivalent)
1 year’s administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
High level of computer literacy including experience of Microsoft packages
Ability to work accurately under pressure and within strict deadlines
These positions are working remotely but our client will need the successful candidate to complete 2 weeks training on their site in Lisburn.
Hourly rate £10.37 per hour + benefits
Hours of Work Monday – Thursday
5pm – 10pm. (20 hours per week)
