Flexsource is currently recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join our regional team based in Cork.
Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Duties Include:
- Client Management, this involves the management of some of the biggest names in the market Business development and building the Flexsource brand in the Munster area specifically
- Sourcing and screening of CV’s for vacancies putting into practice the unique Flexsource way of candidate management
- Interview candidates in order to assess suitability and prepare them for client interview
- Managing interviews, medicals, offers and regrets Managing high volume recruitment projects
- Logging all activity via in-house CRM System Job Science (Salesforce)
- Ability to upsell and cross sell into new and existing Clients Other administrative duties as required
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience in the recruitment industry would be advantagous
- Previous experience working towards revenue targets / sales targets
- Strong business acumen / Effective strategic thinking and problem solving
- Demonstrates ability for effective cross group collaboration
- Active participation in a positive teamwork environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
- Qualification in business, communications, human resources or related discipline is desirable
Full training will be provided
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
