We are looking for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of one of our clients—this is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established and international company located in Lisburn. As part of this role, you will be supporting the Commercial Team.
Job duties:
- Fulfill the administrative support and general office duties
- Create and produce sales aids/flyers
- Update and maintain product files
- Data inputting /extraction (adding promotions/pricing on the company systems)
- Responsible for ongoing data and file management
- Complete Ad-hoc sales reports as requested.
- Collate sales statistics and analysis, prepare summary reports and presentations
Requirements
- 1+ years of Sales Administration experience, IN FMCG (desirable)
- Fully computer literate with strong IT skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages (especially Excel)
- Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance to other team members.
- Positive attitude and previous experience in working as part of a team
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 annum plus annual bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Benefits: Hybrid after training
