Customer Care Representative South Belfast.

Flexsource part of Cpl Jobs are working with our Client who are seeking for a Customer Care Representative for a successful company involved in the drinks industry based in the greater Belfast area. 

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Care Team provide invaluable support to our sales team in the areas of order capture and query management. The role of the Customer Care Agent involves proactively calling our customers, maximising selling opportunities of our world famous brands to maintaining and further develop our market sales share. The Candidate will also answer Inbound Calls and resolve emailed queries from both our Internal and external customers queries logging them.

Essential Criteria:

GCSE Maths & English or equivalent

Excellent attention to detail & exceptional customer service skills.

Ideally someone who has previous office admin in sales order processing experience with excellent communication skills. 

Hours of work:

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (35 hours per week)

Hourly rate of pay £9.89 per hour

This position is initially for a temporary period for 6/7 months. 

Location: South Belfast area.
