Customer Service and Sales Advisor

We are searching for a Customer Sales and Support Representative to work with one of our clients in Coleraine. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established healthcare business; our client provides suppliers in over 60 countries. This role will support the processing of any orders coming from the UK and the ROI.

Job Duties:

– Being the first point of contact for suppliers (such as hospitals) ordering stocks

– Process orders in a timely manner, ensuring the orders are thoroughly examined for accuracy and endorsed appropriately.

– Build meaningful working relationships with and liaise with hospitals and other relevant parties regarding orders, including order requests, incorrect orders, urgent orders, and orders that are not received.

– Contact customers regularly to check they are satisfied with product performance, and offer them any special offers or other products they may be interested in.

– Working closely with the Sales Executive to ensure no opportunities are lost.

– Dealing with complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

– To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements

– Previous experience in a customer service advisor capacity.

– Excellent communication skills

– Proficient in all Microsoft packages especially Excel

– Friendly personally with a “can-do” attitude

Schedule

– 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with a 30-min unpaid lunch break.
