Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Customer Support Administrator for our client a leading financial institution.

This role will involve working in the Savings department supporting colleagues and customer accounts.

Essential Criteria

Minimum of 6 GCSE’s Grade A-C including Maths and English (Certificates need to be obtained)

Essential Criteria.

Candidates must demonstrate on their CV 2 years continuous experience working within administrative tasks.

IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Remuneration Package

Basic salary of £22k + Bonus, Life Insurance, Health cash plan, 20% Pension, 37 days holidays per year, Holiday purchase scheme, excellent training and progression opportunities.

Hybrid Working Model 3 at home 2 in office or vice versa after training is completed.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm 1 hour lunch. 35 hours per week.

Location: Belfast City Centre
