As you will be responsible for everything that happens with in the store. However, as someone who leads by example you’ll take control when things get busy. It’s all about building helpful, respectful and friendly teams who can do more for customer with less.

Main responsibilities:
• Driving and achieving store targets
• Target driven approach to KPI’s
• Agreeing daily priorities and overseeing day to day activity
• Ensuring the Store delivers exceptional customer service
• Delivering exemplary standards in-store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
• Training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development
• Managing cash office duties
