Manufacturing Team Member – Macroom, Co. Cork – Full Time – €14.56 per hour

Flexsource are currently recruiting for motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operatives for our client based in Macroom, Co. Cork.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast paced work environment. Previous experience in medical device manufacturing will be a distinct advantage.

Key Duties:

• Consistently meet required production outputs in terms of quality and quantity ensuring that customer expectations are met.
• Process product in line with documented Standard Operating Procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility by transitioning between cells, teams, work shifts as required, in order to meet current and anticipated business needs under the site strategy.
• Demonstrate competent numerical, literacy, mechanical and spatial skills.

Specific Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing is desirable. Candidates from other backgrounds will be considered where they can demonstrate relevant skills & interest
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent
