Flexsource are currently recruiting a Baker for our Client based in Fermoy. Cork.

Responsability:

  • Preparing dough for various breads, using weigh scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
  • Controlling dough fermentation, Shape products & part-bake as require.
  • Manage all sourdough culture & refresh for production.
  • Maintain production schedule without supervision.
  • Complete production records to include the tracking of waste, temperature and quality.
  • Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
  • Handle all food items correctly in keeping with HACCP training.

The ideal candidate will:

  • 1-2 years of strong experience as a baker in fast paced environment.
  • Passionate about your work and food that you produce.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Team player.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Strong work ethic

Hours: 5 working days over 7

Salary: €30.000-€32.000 per year, D.O.E.
