Night Shift Transport Clerk in North Dublin

Job description;

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in North Dublin.

My Client requires a Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation for minimum 2 months.

Key Responsibilities;

• Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork
• Check Driver Tacho and working hours
• Check Return Documentation
• Follow up on Delivery Issues
• Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
• Helping with Loading
• Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

• High Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )

Pay;

• €15.59 per hour
• €18.70 per hour - 20% premium for hours between 23:00 pm - 06:00 am and all Sunday

Shift Times;

• Week 1 – Monday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday 19:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Week 2 – Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday 19:00 pm to 7:00 am
