Cpl/Flexsource is recruiting now for Permanent Plant Operator for our client based in the Duncrue Industrial Estate, Belfast.

Essential Criteria:

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Ability to work with PLC control screens .
Ability to work with Chemicals .
Demonstrate Good Communication Skills .
Demonstrate accuracy completing paperwork .
Flexible approach to work.
A willingness to learn.
Good spoken and written English.
Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, work procedures and safety rules .
Ensuring Factory / Site cleanliness and hygiene at all times (Audit Ready).
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines & targets.
Well organised & presentable.
Health & Safety aware.

Desirable Criteria

Salary: 25,000- 27,000 + fantastic benefits

Hours of Work: Rotational Shifts – Monday to Friday:8am -4.30pm and 4.30pm 1am
