Job details
Duties & responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Using a range of MS Office 365 software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Daily Scheduling of Engineers Jobs
Communicating via email and telephone.
Ordering of parts and equipment: from obtaining quotes from approved suppliers, raising purchasing requests, following up with supplies on delivery of goods and goods receipting.
Scanning, filing, and extracting action points from contractors work reports.
Sales administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner, including updating logs, generating reports, and maintaining records.
Asset management system is updated and maintained.
Fleet administration is maintained, including booking appointments.
All customer calls and queries are responded to in a timely manner.
General administration, including filing, is maintained.
Support all departments of the business as required.
Consideration will be given to those candidates who can meet the following criteria:
Grade C or higher in English and Maths at GCSE Level
Good ICT skills
Knowledge of Sage 200 software
Ability to identify & recognize component fittings.
Confident communication skills and telephone manner
Can apply a high level of attention to detail & accuracy.
Strong numeracy & literary skills
Ability to work as part of a team with a determination to succeed.
Full driving license
This is a Full time Permanent role
Salary will reflect on experience but will be in the range of £23,000pa -25,000 pa
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
