Flexsource is currently hiring for Warehouse Assistant with Reach and Counterbalance Forklift License for our Client based in Dublin 22.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year picking experience in a FMCG environment and Forklift License. Also, you must want to progress in your career and grow with the expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts (Counterbalance up to 5 tonnes and Reach) to transport orders and materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Accurately pick and pack orders.
- Check goods upon arrival and ensure proper receipt and documentation.
- Adhere to standard warehouse operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage traffic flow for all incoming and outgoing transportation.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Complete daily forklift checks and report any issues or damage regarding safe forklift operations.
- Perform periodic stock counts (PSI) as instructed.
- Assist with any other tasks required by business needs.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance (5-tonne) and Reach Forklift licenses, issued in Ireland.
- Permission to work in Ireland.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Assistant role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
External Relations:
- Strong focus on customer service, ensuring both internal and external customers receive the best possible service.
Location: Ballymount, Dublin 22,
Pay Rate: €14.90/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (exact hours to be agreed with the manager)
