Flexsource are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager based in Navan, Co. Meath for our Client.

Our Client is a large retailler with locations all over Ireland, they are currently looking to add to their expanding teams.

Responsibilities:

Contributing to the overall achievement of the store’s KPIs.
Control and monitor the smooth running of the store.
Monitor and manage all areas of store controllable costs to budget.
Delivery of an effective operational and sales focused approach to store management and team development.
Development of a succession planning structure and proactively address continuing team development across the various cross functional areas within the store.

The ideal candidate will:

Hours: 5 working days over 7

Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 per year, D.O.E.
