We are recruiting Duty Managers for our Client in Cork City.
Your Responsibilities as a Duty Manager,
Sales
● Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store
● Maintain availability of all products on the Shop Floor
● Ensure your teams familiarity with all products in all departments
Customer Service
● Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
Staffing/Operations
● Ensure staffing levels match business needs
● Prepare, monitor and action the daily task board
● Actively drive the team’s knowledge of Top Sellers and department stock loss
● Assist the Store Manager with all staffing issues, i.e. training and performance reviews
The ideal candidate will
● Have a proven track record as a Duty Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
● Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal
and communication skills
● Be target driven and customer service oriented
● Be highly motivated and ambitious
● Be a confident self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
