Job Title: Duty Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment, store management experience in a medium sized retailer. Be eager, motivated and have the ability to lead and mentor a team of staff. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store
  • Ensure all customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively 
  • Participate in weekly stock takes – identify and report abnormal counts to the Store Manager 
  • Ensure staffing levels match business needs
  • Actively drive the team’s knowledge of Top Sellers and department stock loss
  • Opening and closing of the store

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year retail management experience is essential
  • Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target driven and customer service orientated 
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious 

Hours: 5 working days over 7, 42 hours per week
