Job Title: Duty Manager
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment, store management experience in a medium sized retailer. Be eager, motivated and have the ability to lead and mentor a team of staff.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store
- Ensure all customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines
- Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
- Participate in weekly stock takes – identify and report abnormal counts to the Store Manager
- Ensure staffing levels match business needs
- Actively drive the team’s knowledge of Top Sellers and department stock loss
- Opening and closing of the store
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail management experience is essential
- Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Target driven and customer service orientated
- Be highly motivated and ambitious
Hours: 5 working days over 7, 42 hours per week
