The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment, store management experience in a medium sized retailer. Be eager, motivated and have the ability to lead and mentor a team of staff.
Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store
Ensure all customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines
Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively
Participate in weekly stock takes – identify and report abnormal counts to the Store Manager
Ensure staffing levels match business needs
Actively drive the team’s knowledge of Top Sellers and department stock loss
Opening and closing of the store
Minimum 1 year retail management experience is essential
Demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Target driven and customer service orientated
Be highly motivated and ambitious
Hours: 5 working days over 7, 42 hours per week
