Job Description;

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based Dublin.

My Client requires a Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities;

Prepare and provide delivery documentation to drivers
Communicate with drivers and customers regarding bookings, routes and any issues arising
Driver dispatch and de-brief
Ensure transport admin duties are completed
Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

Transport knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given where needed
Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role
Experience of using various Web systems & Microsoft Office Packages
Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided
