Flexsource are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative, for full time, permanent position for our client based in Dublin 4.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring ash and loadout equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of ash transfer and loadout equipment
- Loadout fly ash trucks or ash bagging activities and maintain the loadout area
- Operate ash and waste ash cranes
- Assist in the loadout of bottom ash trucks and maintain the loadout area
- Monitor silo tank levels and report inventory to Shift Supervisor
- Perform preventative maintenance as assigned on plant equipment
- Assist in the unloading of fuel oil, lime, carbon, ammonia, bleach, caustic, etc. and maintain the product storage area.
- Complete required logs and check sheets
- Perform routine housekeeping duties as assigned
- Assist operation and maintenance personnel as needed
- Perform other duties when required
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Good mathematical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability work overtime when required
- Forklift licence would be an advantage
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
