Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Plant & Truck Fitter for a full time, permanent position, to work for a Civil Engineering company based in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repair of plant equipment and trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out inspections, maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment and plant such as dump trucks, dozers, teleporters, excavators, dumpers, rollers, generators
- Fault finding and preventative maintenance
- Daily reporting of maintenance activities ensuring issues and open items / concerns are communicated in a timely and concise manner
- Adhere to the company guidelines on Health & Safety
Key Requirements:
- HGV/Heavy Plant Mechanic qualifications
- Good mechanical knowledge of: Dumpers, Excavators, Teleporters, Hydraulics & Diesel Engines
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Full, clean Category B driving licence
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to work on your own initiative, or within a team
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
Rates of Pay:
- €50.000 - €60.000 per annum (DOE)
